LONE PEAK VET: <br>END OF LIFE CARE

Saying goodbye is an inevitable part of life with your pet.

It’s a tender time for families, and we understand. To make parting a little easier, we’ve created a special room designed to help the transition be as comfortable and stress-free for your pet as possible. With carpeting, couches for family members, soft lighting and more, the atmosphere is home-like and peaceful. We do everything we can to facilitate a loving goodbye.

  1. I need to give you my engraving instructions for my dog “GUNNER”
I can’t come in person, I’m not strong enough .I can’t even drive by without breaking down
I’m having a very difficult time with this…I loved him so much
Please let me know if there is another way i can give you my engraving instructions

  2. It is coming to the point with Bear that some hard choices are going to be made, I was wondering what the cost is for a large lab to be put to sleep and cremated with a wood box urn. My last experience with you guys putting our beloved dog blue to sleep was rather traumatic. you did not put her to sleep before euthanizing her and she jumped while you were administering it and she looked at us very scared. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT AGAIN. Are you able to put them to sleep prior to euthanizing them?? Also, do you offer coming to the home and doing it so we do not have to bring them into your facility and if so what is the cost.

  3. Our dog Macie-which we have taken to you for years, has reached the end. We don’t know what to do or how the process works. Can you tell me what we do if 1) we bring her in to you or 2) you come to our home? What does the process look like, how long does it take, how much does it cost, and what else do we need to know? Please call me at (385)214-0636. We really need for this to happen on Friday or Saturday. Thank you. Jim Teahan
