Dr. Lindsey Zachary became an associate veterinarian at Lone Peak Veterinary Hospital in 2022.
She grew up in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where her passion for being in the veterinary field
started by working as a kennel assistant at a local clinic. She then graduated with her bachelor’s
in Veterinary Science at the University of Arizona in Tucson in 2017, followed by her Doctor of
Veterinary Medicine degree at Oregon State University in June of 2022. During her
undergraduate and graduate degree programs, Lindsey worked as a receptionist and assistant at
multiple veterinary clinics furthering her experience in the field. Lindsey’s love for veterinary
medicine comes from strengthening the human-animal bond by helping people better
understand and care for their pets. Her special interests include the care of senior pets, surgery,
and dentistry.
Lindsey moved to Utah with her husband, Jake, and their 3 pets: Pepper, Harper, and Ace.
Pepper is a Labrador retriever that loves going on hikes while the two cats, Ace and Harper,
favor lounging at home. When she isn’t at work, Lindsey enjoys exploring Utah with her
husband and dog, catching up on her favorite TV shows with her cats, and personal fitness.
